Note: Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date your item arrives. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

2. Receiving Damaged or Defective Items

If you encounter any defects or if the product fails to perform as described, please contact us immediately. We take full responsibility for any damage incurred during manufacturing or shipping.

To expedite your refund or replacement process, kindly provide photos demonstrating the issue (e.g., missing parts or visible defects). For clarity, ensure that the images are taken on a flat surface with any tags or errors clearly visible. Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange for a replacement without requiring you to return the faulty items.

Important: This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fading of color or material from sun exposure
  • Modifications made after purchase

Note: The same 14-day period applies to damaged items. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, you may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. Order Delivery Issues

Should your delivery exceed the expected timeframe, you have the right to request either a refund or a replacement item. Simply reach out to our team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case.

Note:

  • Claims must be made within 2 months from your order date, as tracking information may expire beyond this period.
  • If a refund is processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once we initiate the refund, your financial institution may take additional days to process the transaction. Here are the estimated timelines:

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
